High speed shoe sorter
PROSORT HIGH SPEED SORTATION CONVEYOR: The Hytrol ProSort is designed for high-speed applications where product diverting must be positive and gentle. The conveyed items are transported on flight tubes and, at predetermined locations, divert blocks move diagonally across the material handling system to physically push the product onto a take-away line. This unit is capable of sorting 200 boxes per minute at 400 feet per minute.
HIGH SPEED TILT TRAY SORTER: The TECH CONVEYOR Tilt Tray Sorter can handle a very wide variety of package types at very high speeds. Product can be manually or automatically fed into the system and can be discharged off either side onto a variety of discharge units. This system can handle an amazing array of odd size and shaped products delicately and can discharged them accurately.

PIVOTING O RING SORTATION CONVEYOR: Hytrols Model SC Horizontal Belt Sortation Conveyor is designed to function as a belt-driven sortation conveyor. The belt concept provides a reliable method of tracking packages to the divert station. The diverter can be controlled by photo cells, a PC controller, or other established control methods.

PROSORT 60 PIVOTING DIVERT SORTER: Hytrols Prosort 60 is a precisely timed flat faced, pivot arm diverter for use with the Model SB belt conveyor to deflect cartons across the custom conveyor belt. Its unique cylinder arrangement allows it to divert cartons at up to 60 cartons per minute across the conveyor belt onto the divert chute.
High Speed Right Angle Pusher PROSORT 50/50 MULTI-STAGE RIGHT ANGLE PUSHER: Hytrols ProSort 50/50 is a multi-Stage right angle pusher designed to be used with the Model SB slide bed belt conveyor for sorting cartons or totes. Its compact telescoping design reduces the mounting space required over conventional inline right angle pushers and increases the cycle rate up to 50 cartons per minute.

PROSORT 45 PIVOTING BOW ARM SORTER: Hyrtols ProSort 45 is a precisely timed bow arm diverter designed for use with the Model SB slide belt conveyor.The bow is spacifically designed for diverting totes onto powered spurs. Its tubular steel construction and dog bone warestrip face can divert totes at up to 40 per minute.
Pneumatic Pusher Sortation Component
PNEUMATIC PUSHER: The Hytrol Peumatic Pusher provides high speed automatic product diversion. Packages, boxes, and like goods can be diverted onto a number of take-away units such as powered roller conveyors, gravity conveyors, and chutes. The special two valve pneumatic control system provides smooth operation at speeds up to 20 to 30 cases per minute.
Pop-Up O Ring Sorter
PNEUMATIC O RING TRANSFER: Hytrols Pop-Up O Ring Transfer is ideally used where there is no side or over head room to mount one of the other types of diverters. Though it has a relatively slow through put it deals with delicate products very well and is cost effective for these material handling system applications.
